FPI also acts as an official sourcing and acquisition manager for wealth managers and family offices. Through our extensive network within the country, we are able identify suitable investment opportunities that fit your criteria. We aim to achieve the best value at acquisition, with a medium- to long-term view of retention and completion of the asset.
Our leadership team has over 50 years of experience and knowledge in real estate investment and development and have been at the forefront of the London and UK property industry.
Over this period, we have established strong and extensive links with industry professionals including solicitors, surveyors, financial institutions, tax advisors, architects, builders, planning consultants, and agents. These relationships enable us to act swiftly and decisively, so that we can capitalize on the opportunities when they arise.
